Locked sim card after updating IOS 16.

I have updated my iPhone to iOS 16 and it has locked my SIM card. I cannot bring up the page that I need to enter my sim PIN number.?
would appreciate any help that you can give.

What page is your phone currently displaying?

Did you get an error to say it had locked?

@J-J70 Restart the device. Enter your passcode to unlock the device you’ll then see this page.

click the word SIM card/UNLOCK and put your sim PIN code in. If you click the word at the bottom “SKIP” and can still enter the code by going to SETTINGS>MOBILE DATA>SIM PIN. Then you’ll see the above image on your device, do as I’ve listed above to enter your sim pin

If you haven't changed it, the default PIN is 1111.
