As the IPhone 14s are a new product from Apple, this will depend how many are waiting to receive them and are delivered on a first come first serve. When you ordered it, was there any delivery time scale there?

You will receive notification from DPD by the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

We cannot give you a time scale here, but you would otherwise have to ring customer service for more information.
