iPhone 14 back order

Hi,

Does anyone have a time frame for the iPhone 14 back order and when I can expect to receive it? I ordered it yesterday and the EE website said it would be dispatched within 1 working day, but when I track my order it says it’s on back order.

I’m in the same boat for the iPad 12.9. I saw some guidance to look on the apple website for stock/wait time but the stock looks good on there so I’m not sure. If anyone has any information I’d be happy for an update. Cheers

Welcome to the community, @annabel96.

If you take a look at the model, colour and memory size that you ordered on our Online Shop, it tells you what the current wait time is for new orders of your model.

For all orders that have already been placed, they will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information on the day before, or morning of, the delivery.
