iPhone 14 pro max

So I called up to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 14 pro max on Thursday the 15th and was told that it would be here on the Friday I then haven’t had a text or nothing to say it’s coming and the website says it will arrive in October any chance you can get it before October?

I got 5th to the 7th but I just don’t understand why it’s so far away when they seemed to have told everyone they would get it Friday

This will be down to Apple not delivering the phones. I checked on Apple website and for the pro and pro max, it actually says from 26th October, so unless they deliver to networks before then, you may have to wait until then, this would be down to Apple, as to when they can deliver the products, how many, as there are networks all over the world. This happens every year, not something new.

Wel I’ve have a delivery date for the 22nd to 24th this month so hopefully will get it then but we will see I guess

Still don’t think it’s fair telling everyone they will get it at such time then turn out the won’t get it for a month

Yeah I know I got told I’d get it Friday as pre ordered it but didn’t wasn’t happy tbh

They will not take the money until they send the phone out and your new contract will not start until you receive or they send the new phone out.

I Pre Ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the 15th of September, which I had to pay an early upgrade fee for. Now, I can see that a fair few people have received estimated delivery dates for their phones, however i haven't received any email whatsoever apart from one saying my order had been completed and information on my monthly plan etc. Should I get in contact with EE again or shall I wait? I don't want to be waiting if my order hasn't properly gone through as I had to do it twice seen as the first person didn't explain the trade in to me. Another thought, will the people that paid an early upgrade fee be due a full or partial refund on this? As my free upgrade was on the 3rd of October, however now it wont be classed as an early upgrade as there is a possibility of me not getting the phone until then or after then.

@tom_goulden1 , you will have to ring customer service to find this out, see what they say, I doubt anyone here can give you an answer.

I got the same expected delivery date. Have you received anything from DPD about it potentially being delivered tomorrow?

@no I haven’t and I spoke to ee and they said that expected delivery date if for when they are expecting the delivery from Apple themself not when we are expecting it but it will be sent out the same day they get them in stock apparently

Yeah I know I pre ordered on the 11th and was expecting it on Friday launch day like what they said I’ve complained to them and they gave me a £30 compensation lol just sent me out the phone 🤣

I just kept on and saying I was **bleep**ed off that I was getting told incorrect information from ee on when I was getting the phone and stuff and they offered me it coz I’m a loyal customer they said
