I placed a order on the 16th September for my upgrade with 2 lines, I’m just wondering when I would received my order ref number or information to view my order as I can’t see it and haven’t had no email or text for confirmation of my upgrade and I don’t know the estimated date I should receive these

@DTRM So you ordered today. You’ll have a wait before you’ll get these devices as all pre-orders have to be sent out first. There will be people who ordered on the first day of pre-orders who don’t yet have their devices. You’ll be lucky if you get it within 3 weeks time

Thank you for your response would you know why I haven’t received no confirmation of my upgrade yet or order red number I haven’t received?

@DTRM It’s probably because EE is bogged down with the iPhone 14 launch

I ordered Pre Ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 Gb in black on the 15th of September, however I have only received an email saying my order has been completed and information on the monthly plan etc. I'm just wondering if I should have received another email with and delivery information on, I know that the Pro models are delayed for up to 28 days, however I would have thought id have received an email with delivery info, tracking and estimated arrival etc. If I should have received an email then will have to get back in touch with EE I assume.

I ordered the 14 pro max in space black on the 15th they took my money and haven’t heard anything back yet
