iPhone 11 keeps losing sound

Hi, I’ve only had my iPhone 11 a month or so. It’s been great but a couple of times this last week, the sound has stopped working. No sound on apps, text alerts, when someone is calling, even when locking the phone. If I turn my phone off and back on it starts working again normally for a couple of days then it happens again. Any advice? Thanks.

@EmmaL89 Try doing a factory reset on the device. Backup the device first.

I'm sure you've already tried this, but double check the volume level by using the volume buttons to check the current level and, if necessary, adjust accordingly. Also check that the mute switch above the volume buttons isn't set to on. Also look under Settings -> Sounds & Haptics to make sure the various sound options are set correctly.

And if that all fails, as @Chris_B advises, try performing a factory reset as a last resort.
