I have a message symbol and no message. How do I get rid of it?

Welcome to the community,

Is this message on your phone? It should disappear if there is no message. You could try shutting the app down and restarting it, and if this does not work reboot your phone.

@Chrigord , I presume that your phone has had all the updates, you should be on IOS 15…, IOS 16 should be out soon, it is still in beta.

Its just a red 1 symbol sitting there.

Even weirder I was chatting to somebody on the app with a problem. Now the CHAT option has disappeared completely on my app…so thinking its connected

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.
