Hi, I have just set up my new apple phone and I have got no EE network on either phones. What do I do to get this back?

Yes, tried that but still no joy!

Hi, this is an existing line. Transferred the phone data and then all the network disappeared.

Did you get new SIM cards with the phones, @CharlotteH401?

May be worth popping them in, if you did?
