    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get Apple Music free as a smart benefit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apple Music has been activated and displays as one of my 3 active smart benefits in the my EE app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also received the following text message from EE,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“Hi from EE. Apple Music has been added to your account as a Smart Benefit. Start enjoying it now by confirming your account at applemusic.com/ee/welcome”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have waited 1 week for activation to be fully processed but am still getting the following error message,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“No subscription through EE. Find out if you are eligible to try Apple Music for free.”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone help with a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Peter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
