it show error: incorrect contract number. i already put my ee contact number on it.

does website something wrong?

@Greg44 Do you have insurance for the device?

You can always just go to an EE store or call customer services.

Without insurance you could just book an appointment at an apple store and have them fix the device. It’ll cost the same.

What is wrong with the device exactly ?
