Hi @JA26.

Yes, you'll still be able to return the phone and get a refund even though you've used it.

Once it's been received by our warehouse, your plan will revert back to your old one and you'll be in a position to upgrade again.

Hello. I’ve recently upgraded received the phone 2 days ago. I’ve been using it and I’m not impressed. Since I’ve used it does this now mean I can’t return it? That’s fine if it does I’ll make do!

also if I can, can I then use the same perk code I used before to upgrade once the returns is done? 🙂

It depends how you bought your new phone.

Any online or telesales purchase comes with a statutory "change of mind" 14days right of return which applies whether you've used the product or not.

Any instore purchase from a retail shop has no such right of return.
