New iPhone SE isn't working right

Hi,

I bought a new iPhone SE on monthly contract. It hasn't been right since I bought it. It can send texts and make calls but not receive incoming calls without unlocking. Can you repair this for me. I'ts been in the Kendal Store there times and still not working right. Am prepared to pay for repair, plus tip especially if you can loan me a phone.

What sort of unlocking? If it was locked against incoming calls it would also be locked against making calls. This user discussion forum does not undertake repairs. You need to raise this with CS.

@jimbo34 Have a read of THIS as there are few settings you might of enabled,

I’m thinking of focus mode have you set this up on your device?

Double check Settings>Notifications>Phone just in case. Make sure that you've set them to be visible on the lock screen.

You may also have Do Not Disturb enabled.
