      <title>New iPhone SE isn't working right</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I bought a new iPhone SE on monthly contract. It hasn't been right since I bought it. It can send texts and make calls but not receive incoming calls without unlocking. Can you repair this for me. I'ts been in the Kendal Store there times and still not working right. Am prepared to pay for repair, plus tip especially if you can loan me a phone.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I’m thinking of focus mode have you set this up on your device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Double check Settings&amp;gt;Notifications&amp;gt;Phone just in case. Make sure that you've set them to be visible on the lock screen. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You may also have Do Not Disturb enabled&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
