      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paid £419 today for an early upgrade which I completed using the online chat option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email gives no info other than the device details and a link for tracking. However, an order number is required to track my order and my email doesn’t contain an order number. The only number included is my account number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so how do I track it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
