Will my upgrade be open to any network? Always pass my phones on to my mother when I’m done with them x

They are now, since Dec. 2021.

If your phone is older than this, you can check online here to see if your phone is locked.

@andysandy Or you can text UNLOCK to 150 and you’ll get a message back saying if your device is locked or unlocked.

Or on the device go to settings/general/about and then scroll down to network provider lock if it says no Sim restrictions then your device is already unlocked
