S25+ Software Repair/Flash - Warranty?

Hello,

I am a PAYG customer with a Galaxy S25+.

I was enrolled in the Beta Programme for One UI 9 via Samsung and am currently stuck on the beta software after withdrawing from the beta with no option to update to stable One UI 9 rollout.

I understand EE is an authorised Samsung repair centre and have a shop nearby that offers repair service via appointment.

Would I be able to take my device to EE to have the software flashed under warranty? If not, what sort of price would I be looking at?

@Hereticcc12 Not sure warranty will cover this. Have you reached out to Samsung about this ? They should be able to tell you how to sort it.

Not sure how far it is to reach, or whether the OP's arm will be long enough, but https://eu.community.samsung.com/ might be worth a start for sure.
