Despite sticking to EE for the past 14 years, I have been terribly disappointed by the bad Samsung S25FE that was sold to me on contract by EE in February this year. Within a month of purchase I had complained of how the phone network performance has been erratic.
The situation is worst now and new contract phone I got this year is unfit for purpose.
I now requested for a replacement of the phone and was told I cannot have a replacement again because it is more than one month of purchase. I contacted Samsung and they pushed my back to the dealer (EE). I am deeply disappointed that EE can treat their long standing customer this way.
If this my issue is not resolved, I will make this my last business with EE and will tell all members of my family to do the same.

The problem is with phone and not the local network. It randomly
disconnects from network until it's restarted before it would connect back.
