Hi all, I ordered a galaxy s26 ultra last month instore and was told I'd be able to claim free set of galaxy headphones. I've read other post saying I need to wait for a text but it's been a month and no text message.

I'm having the same issue. My dispatch date is 07/08/2026 this same offer was on when I upgraded my mobile for the S26. Now you look on the website etc and there is nothing on it. Same thing happened to me last time I upgraded.. should have got a samsung smart watch, tried to claim and it was rejected. I'm really annoyed too. Still no discount code sent to me either. Please sort this out EE. It's false advertising otherwise.
