Google messages

So I moved to EE and wanted to keep my old number that got sorted Monday but my google messages still is in the EE number and not the one I wanted it to transfer too, ive tried turning rcs chats off and even took my phone the shop and they didn't know what to do

Welcome to the EE Community

I am not sure how long you have kept RCS turned off, but with this issue sometimes you need to keep it off for a few days before re-enabling it to reverify your number.

Additionally when you turn off RCS you should clear the app cache and data for Google Messages before re-enabling. Check in Message Settings> Advanced> Number as well to make sure this number is also showing correct.
