    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5043448"&gt;@gemmaedge&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not sure how long you have kept RCS turned off, but with this issue sometimes you need to keep it off for a few days before re-enabling it to reverify your number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally when you turn off RCS you should clear the app cache and data for Google Messages before re-enabling. Check in Message Settings&amp;gt; Advanced&amp;gt; Number as well to make sure this number is also showing correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I moved to EE and wanted to keep my old number that got sorted Monday but my google messages still is in the EE number and not the one I wanted it to transfer too, ive tried turning rcs chats off and even took my phone the shop and they didn't know what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
