@Dumitru06 do you have a signal showing on the device ? Can you send and receive text messages? Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling if possible?

@Dumitru06 , are you on pay as you go or contract? If on pay as you go, do you have credit to make calls, have you activated your SIM card?
