Verification pin upgrade wont send.

Im trying to upgrade to the new samsung watch. Ive completed the order but then it asks me to verify who i am by sending a pin via text. The number it is sending the pin to is my watch and not my phone (obviously, as its the watch number im upgrading and not the phone) there is also no way of changing the number to my phone. The message wont come through so wont let me complete the order. Ive called 150 who cant give me the same deal because this is an online exclusive. They also told me they dont know how i can get around this and was actually quite rude. How can you get the online exclusive if you cant complete the order with a verification pin that cant be sent to a watch? Is this just to reel people in under false advertising? Please help. Calling 150 wont.

Welcome to the community.

If the order has been completed, our customer support team may be able to review the order and change the contact number, so that the message goes through to your mobile.

I understand you're reluctant to call, but you can open a case on our make a complaint page. That way, a dedicated team will look into it and contact you to try and find a solution.

You clearly have not read my message. I spoke to 150 who have said there is nothing they can do. They said If i want it at the online exclusive then i have to order it online, but if the message doesnt send then i will have to order it over the phone and miss out on the online offer. The message will only send to my watch, as the number on my watch is linked to my mobile phone, the message will not come through. They told me there is no way the number can be changed as it is the watch im upgrading and not the phone. I only wanted it because the onlie offer was good. Hence the false advertising as there is no possible way this can be purchased using the online exclusive.
