I'd suggest phoning back. I would expect the SIM plans to be the same price, if they were upgraded at the same time, as prices and offers do change. I think EE also offer a multi line discount, so if these are both on the same account, one may get a 10% discount?

If you upgraded over the phone or online, then you can cancel the upgrade with 14 days, revert back and try again, however hopefully by calling 150 again you'll find a helpful call handler who will resolve this to your satisfaction.

Upgraded my sim only contract on an iPhone for 26 and my wife’s android sim only all rounder contract but it emailed me 29 so 3 a month premium on exactly the same contract both sim only. Called 150 and the call centre noted my complaint and said call today as my wife’s android contract only starts today and so he could not do anything. Called 150 today and he guy did not want to know…android sim only does have a premium over iPhones….which is just not reasonable!!

I asked to speak to someone to complain and he said that there was nothing they could do, I felt like I had entered the “no responsibility zone” and won’t be going with EE in 2 years, shame as I’ve been with them for 18 years including company use for 14 years so 20 years by the end of thIs contract, has anyone else had this android premium?
