&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are all calls going straight to voicemail, or does it only seem to be calls from the NHS?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's only certain calls, it's worth checking that the number hasn't accidentally been blocked on your phone. You could also check whether Do Not Disturb or any call screening settings are enabled, as these can sometimes affect incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;
