My samsung phone has a crack down the front of the screen it fell out my pocket when i was walking

Did you buy insurance with the phone? If so, check if you're covered. It's late to get insurance once the phone is broken.

Sorry to hear about your phone screen being damaged when it dropped out of your pocket!

You can add mobile phone insurance when you upgrade or take out a new contract online, in store or over the phone, direct with EE. You can find out more at Mobile phone insurance and device protection.

If you have insurance cover in place and would like to make a claim, it’s simple. Just log in to your EE account on the EE website or in the EE app. You can quickly submit your claim, and we’ll handle the rest.

However as @XRaySpeX has mentioned, if you didn’t take insurance before your device was damaged, we would be unable to offer you cover now.
Call us on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone to talk through your options.
