    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4568452"&gt;@Sparkly1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; A PUK code is to unlock a SIM card when the wrong sim pin has been entered wrong more than 3 times. &amp;nbsp;It’ll not unlock a phone. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device unlock code is what you entered for it to be. &amp;nbsp;If you never set up the device you need to call customer support and inform them of this. &amp;nbsp;There is no default code to unlock a device, the user sets this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anybody have any suggestions to help me with my new Samsung phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The screen has locked completely, can't get in despite entering two different puk codes as advised by EE . This is so frustrating as thought I was getting on well with it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
