      <description>&lt;P&gt;My bill is paid, but still no active account. The website is up-to-date. I can't text to investigate due to not being connected and the microphone on the device is broken, so calling isn't an option right now. Is there an email address I can use?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4914770"&gt;@FrankieT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are a pay monthly customer you could try the message service on your EE app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It normally takes up to 48 yours to reconnect but this depends on when you paid. It might be worth considering a direct debit to avoid these issues in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
