How do I set up a passkey on my new device mobile Android please tried EE technical dept but they are not to bright.

Depends what you mean by a passkey!

A device PIN has to be entered on first bootup before a phone will be accessible.

A screen lock PIN can be required after a given length of time from last use.

The actual PIN itself will be common, but you can configure when it's required or triggers.

It was the passkey to log into my EE App I've sorted it out thanks.
