Do I still need Hullomail?

I've been using Hullomail with Samsung phones since the mid 2010s when I switched from Apple to Android and discovered to my shock that Visual Voicemail wasn't a thing on Android..

With Hullomail's message transcription I hardly ever even listen to VMs now, I just read the transcript.

Wondering though, with so much AI integration about, do Android, and specially Samsung phones, have VM transcription built in now, and if they do does EE support it?

If not I'm happy to keep paying for Hullomail, just wnat to make sure I'm not paying for something I already get.

EE don't support Android Visual Voicemail, IIRC O2 are the only network to support it.

Great news, on a side note we launched Visual Voicemail for Samsung yesterday.

Samsung customers can add visual voicemail to their account by texting ‘VISUAL’ or ‘VISUAL VOICEMAIL’ to 150.

At the moment we only support visual voicemail for Samsung and iPhones.

If anything changes we will update our Voicemail help page.

Great to hear ee have Visual Voicemail but as far as I can see it does not offer voicemail transcript which is what my original post was asking about. I'll stick with Hullomail for now.

VV is great news for general Android suppport though so glad others will find it helpful.
