Why does my phone cut off 15 minutes into a conversation, it's so annoying and it does it every time

If this is happening on every single call regardless of location, it could well be a device issue - possibly a battery-saving or some such.

When did the problem start?

I'm not sure when it started because I don't normally make long calls, but
at the moment I have a relative who is very ill and I'm trying to support
her long distance over the phone

I’m really sorry to hear about your relative, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be to have calls cut off, especially when you're trying to offer support from a distance.

Since the issue happens every time you’re on a longer call, I’d recommend getting in touch with our Technical Guides. They’ll be able to run through some checks with you and investigate the issue further.
