Sold an incomplete product

Brought a new Samsung Galexy from. Store in Bournemouth. When I later got hold found out that I could not plug it into PC as do not have the right adapter. I have to buy the adapter for headphones as phones no longer come with the headphone jack but now I need to buy something else just to connect it to PC?

I wouldn't have a problem buying the adapter if I was told I would need one as I said that I need a phone that can connect to a PC as I want to put music on my phone

@LET_MEIN76_ You was sold what Samsung put in to the box for that device.
Anything you need to connect to something else you obtain yourself.

Hi @LET_MEIN76_

Depending on your pc and OS you should be able to connect your device via Bluetooth or the cable provided in you box. If your PC doesn't have USB C then USB C to USB adapters are cheap on Amazon.

Samsung phones (like apple) dropped the headphone jack 6 years ago. The battery is no longer removable and most devices no longer have memory card access.
