New phone arrived but the box was opened

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and received the phone yesterday. But the problem is that the box was already open.
I took a video while opening the delivery package.
My question is it okay? If not, why does this happen?

Thanks for coming to our community.

It's common practice to open some phone's from each batch for quality checking purposes. Is everything ok with the phone otherwise?

My issue was that the phone was already opened security seal inside the delivery package. I contacted EE, and they told me that they would replace my phone.
