      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi after texting UP to 150 it tells me i can upgrade now. I then go to the ee upgrade website and it tells me i cant. I cant call because my anxiety is at an all time high during phone calls, it is really difficult to communicate. Is there anyone i can message to sort this, like a chat thing? Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's a reason for.......I have the same issue, cant upgrade via app or online.&amp;nbsp; UP-SELLING, they want you to call and expect you to stay on the line for 30 mins while they give you a worse deal than offered on the app. and try to get you to switch anything else you have over to them.&amp;nbsp; Had to give up, got bored holding...........They cannot match the advertised deals on the app........Surely there's rules and regulations for this type of behavior?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
