Poor signal and words missing on calls on samsung galaxy a35

Good morning,

On my samsung galaxy a35, i only have 1 bar yet i only had my sim replaced yesterday at the ee store. When i'm on a call to others, they are not hearing my words being spoken coming out, at all speaking from my phone and receiving at their end of the phone at all. On other sims/phones where i piggyback on ee, i receive 3 bars

There's nothing inherently wrong with "only 1 bar" unless it's causing some other service issues.

Is this problem apparent in multiple locations, or just the one? Try swapping the SIMs between the "working" & "non-working" phone - does the in-call audio issue follow the SIM, or remain with the phone?
