Hello there! My name is Stephan and my mother got a phone from a bus driver while visiting UK.. The phone is locked with EE sims, I think.. I struggle to find the MCK code and I found it with the IMEI, but now it asks for NUC or PUK code and I don't know how to find it... I put the romanian SIM and I need to unlock it. Please teach me how to find it.

Hi @badsteff

If your phone is locked to EE, you can visit our device unlocking web page to generate an unlocking code.

You'd need to get the IMEI number from your phone, which you can obtain by dialling *#06# into its keypad. Unlocking is free.

I got the code but now I need the 4 Digital code to unlock the SIM. If I enter the wrong code again it would ask for MCK code again and again

Thanks @badsteff. The PUK is unique to each SIM so if you are being asked for that when you have your Romanian SIM in, you'd need to speak to your provider. It isn't something EE can provide for you.
