topic Samsung update s23 ultra in Android Devices

Since a big update 2 months ago, my phone will not let my social media apps like FB, insta and LinkedIn refresh unless I am connected to wifi. I have checked the data setting, and can’t see anything obvious. Apart from a full reset, which I am reluctant to do, I can't seem to find a fix.

Has anyone else come across this, and if so what was your fix?

Thanks
