Issues with Fibre to the property WiFi Calling

Hello,

Our account is in my Fiance's name, however we live in a concrete flat so as you can imagine, we cannot get signal. My sim is with EE. We have full fibre to the property and since I have found my calls constantly dropping.

The biggest issue is I am disabled with lifeline equipment I depend on. If I am home alone, I need to be able to use my phone to call for help. I am alone tomorrow (Monday) and all day Tuesday so this is really concerning me now. I also have gramdparents very ill. My WiFi calling is enabled (and set to preferred) and I have a booster box in three rooms. My Fiance works in IT for another company so knows how it all works, however we cannot resolve this and need urgent help. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

There is not much you can do other maybe invest in a better mesh network throughout your flat and maybe buy a better router. Which EE router do you have now.

WiFi-calling is a stable service, capable of as reliable calls as the mobile network is - but it's only as good as the underlying radio link between your phone and the router.

Do you have either good WiFi or good mobile coverage displayed when calls drop?

Don't you have a landline with your Full Fibre BB when calling is so critical to you in your flat with a bad mobile signal?
