Hello I'm having a slightly different issue but with the same watch.

I've got the Huawei app installed and I'm going through the watch setup but I'm not receiving any SMS message.

Are EE blocking messages from Huawei?

Is it only the verification messages you're not receiving? Are there any other companies you're not receiving messages from?

I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call where the technical team will be able to check if there are any issues on your line for receiving service messages.
