connection Issues Gallaxy A12

When I make or receive a phone call on my Samsung Gallaxy A12 no one can hear me. How do I fix this please? The volume is turned right up.

Do you find this is happening on every call? If not, how often is it?

Does it happen on calls that on loudspeaker and when using the phone normally?

Is it just happening in one area? It is worth having a look at our network checker to see if there are any local problems.

it happens on every call and not just in one area. Ivé tried network checker but message says 'can't check network right now'.I've not tried speaker.

Are you able to give the loudspeaker a try? That just helps to point as to whether it is the phone.

If possible, it is also worth trying your SIM in another phone and another SIM in your phone to see if it follows the SIM or the phone. @Angela2

Yes, it works on speaker , so it's a problem with my phone and not the net work?

When you say "it works on speaker", are you saying that your phone's speaker works for other functions such as video streaming, but not for voice calls?

Is there any difference between hands-free and the normal earpiece? How long have you had this problem for - is it a recent issue? Can you use mobile data whilst on calls?
