And I'll ask the same question about your call to voicemail - I'm not sure what you mean by the "make a greeting" message.

If you have a waiting voicemail, then when you dial voicemail (on 222 or speed-dial 1), the option to listen to your message is the first one given.

I have been unable to text or call 150 from my EE phone for a while now but today a new problem has appeared... I have a voicemail that I cannot listen to as it hangs up after 16 seconds after the usual 'make a greeting' message. The service from EE is getting worse and worse. Has anyone been encountering similar or the same issues?

Hi @simba82,

Welcome to the EE Community

What exactly does happen if you try and call 150? Is the result the same if you use our long dial number 07953 966 150?

What about when texting 150, what is it you have tried to text and what response do you get back when trying?
