    <description>&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden my Netflix has stopped working... when I try to watch is says there is no account with my email or phone number. It is showing as active on my ee account though.. Any help appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the Netflix subscription still shows on your EE account, it may be that you just need to reset the account details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to go to the &lt;A href="https://www.netflix.com/gb/loginhelp" target="_blank"&gt;password reset page&lt;/A&gt; and see if you can reset the password first of all?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, there are some more steps on the &lt;A href="https://help.netflix.com/en/node/120946?q=Using%20Netflix%20with%20an%20EE%20Package%20" target="_blank"&gt;Netflix help page for EE customers&lt;/A&gt; to help you get logged in.&lt;/P&gt;
