Google pixel 9a won't charge

Have had the phone almost 2 weeks and it came with a cable. That charged fine, same ends into phone and to charger, lightning I believe.

Trying to charge with power bank and it won't play. Tried plugging into wall into USB and still nothing.

Is it duff???

My last pixel had a different end, I don't know all the names for them, and worked with my power bank. Guess I will need to get a new power bank with the right connection

Hi @Jemmajimjams

I am assuming the phone connection and cable is USB C. Your old phone cable was USB to USB C.

If your plug works with the cable then that is what is important and suggests the phone and cable is working.
