Welcome to the Community!

Are you able to use your phone without any issues when you're using the mobile network? Are you able to try using WiFi Calling elsewhere, and see if this still happens?

Do you have another phone, or a friend or family member's phone, that you could use to give our team a call, so they can take a look @janemarrpsm?

Even better, test your friend or relative's phone on your WiFi-hotspot.

See whether your call problems follow your phone to other routers, or are consistent with all phones using your router. That should be the next sensible stage of any troubleshooting, and I'd hope that most CS bods would suggest it if you call.
