I've just got new device Samsung 25 ultra, and now my partner can't post me pictures or I can't view them.whats the problem.

@Giggsandsally Are pictures sending from your partners device ? Do they show as failed to send ?
Because this isn’t the same thing as not being visible on your device.

What device are they using ?

Is this a RCS message? A MMS message?

For most phones, you can download the settings needed for MMS from the online set up tool
