      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2350281"&gt;@niks35&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; That’s the battery that’s getting hot. &amp;nbsp;Your device is working hard on something so is draining the battery causing it to get hot. &amp;nbsp; You could try a factory reset but it could just be you need a new battery. &amp;nbsp; You need the device to be looked at, &amp;nbsp;do not use it if possible as this is a fire risk. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
