      <title>Mobile data not working on my Samsung</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently moved my EE sim from my Apple device to my Samsung and mobile data is not working.&amp;nbsp; I have mobile data active but it will not allow me to send messages, browse etc unless I am wifi.&amp;nbsp; Any guidance would be welcomed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's showing EE that's a good sign &lt;SPAN style="color:var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1864575"&gt;@Heathkl&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; , you'll need to switch off WiFi before it shows a 4G / 5G indicator too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would definitely recommend trying to download the internet settings &lt;SPAN style="color:var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43656"&gt;@bristolian&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; shared here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this phone has previously been used on a different network, then it may still be configured to that network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it's an iPhone you had previously too, often you'll need to &lt;A href="https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/" target="_blank"&gt;de-register from iMessage&lt;/A&gt; in order to send normal texts, so this is worth checking out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you unable to call and text also?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this happening in one specific area or everywhere you go? Have you checked the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;coverage checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if there are any issues at the moment in your area?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Few things you can check on the phone, first the Network mode in Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Mobile Networks&amp;gt; Network mode and make sure its set to the 4G or 5G mode depending on if your phone is 5G capable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check if your phone needs a software update in Settings&amp;gt; Software update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a reset of your network settings in Settings&amp;gt; General management&amp;gt; Reset&amp;gt; Reset mobile network settings and then give the phone a restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
