&lt;P&gt;You can only get an ESim if you are on contract, not on pay as you go, but you first need to have the physical SIM card before you can request the ESIM, if you are on contract, which you can do via the EE App by clicking on the icon top right and going to settings scrolling down and requesting a replacement ESIM, but as I have written, only if you are on contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
