@Mohamedfajaz : You can just apply for your unlocking code by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

Are you able to check the IMEI number you have entered is correct?

If the IMEI is still not being recognised you'll need to call Customer Care who can raise a manual request for your device to be unlocked. Contact Us | Help & Support - EE

As you're receiving an error message while trying to unlock that IMEI, you'll need to contact Customer Care team to complete the unlocking for you.

If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.
