No email confirmation or receipt of order

Hiya I ordered a new galaxy s24 ultra last night with a chap on the phone, I do have his name and email. However I've yet to receive an email confirmation or dpd email about delivery. My phone has stopped working so I need my new phone ASAP.

Nothing is showing under orders on the app and I have no order number, I can't ring the helpline as my phone won't work, can someone help me please?
