Hi . Ive had this phone for a couple of months . But people are having a real problem actually hearing me on the phone . Sounds fine my end but they are saying I'm breaking up / can't hear me etc

Is my phone faulty ? Doesn't seem to happen on WhatsApp calling etc

Thanks for any advice . I "downgraded" to try save money but I'm regretting leaving Samsung at the moment 😞

I can understand your concern, especially if you have changed away from what you are used to. It may not be something with the phone, but we can get it looked into further.

Do you find that it is every phone call that people are saying they can't hear you?

Is it happening in one particular area or different locations?
