Fold 6 - Free Buds & Samsung Recall

Hey Guys,

Quick question so recently upgraded to Fold 6, and we were meant to get the free buds havnt heard anything about that and apparently samsung did a re-call can someone please advise on this.

what are the next steps we need to do ?

As long as you upgraded before the 24th July, the Buds will be automatically sent out 15-30 days after you received the phone according to EE.

They said there is NO change to these timescales when I asked about the recall, so....we will see.

Ordered on the release date 10 or 11 last month if not mistaken, on 19th phone was delivered. Was told should be delivered in 15 to 30 days.

Just called ee spoke to some guy he said he's checking after 20 minutes of guys drops call and doesn't even call back 😅😅

When you received your device, did you receive a text confirming your eligibility for the free Galaxy Buds?

Samsung ARE shipping in the UK again, But I assume they are, rightly, prioritising their own orders . But yes, EE and Samsung are not very forthcoming with infomation regarding this. Whether its Days or Weeks? No-one Knows
