new phone today

new phone today almost finished set up answered door and came back, pushed button to get the screen to come back on to see if my data had transfered from my old phone and the new one is asking for a password . ive tried all of mine, it says all are incorrect doesn't give me another option . any suggestions.

What is your old phone? What is your new phone?

What app are you using to transfer user-data between the two?

s9 to a35 i think it's smartswitch ,the app they said to use

This may be the password for your Samsung account that acts as gatekeeper for all Smart-Switch backups.

But perhaps worth having a search and/or ask on the Samsung forum too - https://eu.community.samsung.com
